Dill Vinaigrette
Dill Vinaigrette
I'm always looking for great salad dressings recipes.
In Casa Martino we only make our dressings as the bought dressings just don’t
taste yummy to us. I've wanted an oil and vinegar dill recipe for a long time and this is a keeper!
- 1/4
cup olive oil
- 2
tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1
teaspoons agave nectar
- 2
teaspoon dill weed (chopped)
- 1/8
teaspoon salt
- 1/8
teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8
teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8
teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8
teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine the
oil, vinegar, sugar, dill weed, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard
and pepper. Blend until smooth, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
The 1st night
we had it over cucumber and radish salad with ribs and corn.

The 2nd
night we had it in a chicken salad and I threw in some cabbage, carrots,
avocado, celery, almonds - oh ya!!
