Every time Tony and I go out for Chinese food we always make sure one of our dishes is fried tofu with minced pork sauce.  Since we are not big on eating out we decided to tackle making our own version.  Enjoy and let me know what you think.
Also with the left over pork it is great in lettuce wraps the next day!

Ingredients:

1 block of firm tofu (sliced into ½ inch cubes)
1 pound minced pork
1 small onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic
1 cup water
5 TB soy sauce
5 TB oyster sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 TB cornstarch
3tbl hoisin sauce
1 TB agave nectar

Method:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat and add the tofu. Cook for 6 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and lightly crispy.

2) In a wok heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sauté onions until transparent then add garlic. Add minced pork and sauté until it's cooked.

3) Add the water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, cornstarch, hoisin sauce, and agave nectar.  Stir until well combined.

4) Place the tofu and minced pork mixture on rice, sprinkle with some chopped spring onions. Serve.
